A few weekends ago we had some great weather so we went to Cannon Beach. It was the first time it wasn't super windy or cold at the beach for us.
It is most famous for this-Haystack Rock
I wish I had a house like these, right on the beach!
The water was so cold my feet would ache until they went numb. Once they were numb it was much more enjoyable to play in the water. We had fun running from the waves and playing in them too. We both ended up getting more wet than we intended and it got much worse than this picture.
Like I said in earlier posts, Chris' inner little boy comes out at the beach. This is him running across the beach to get to the best waves. He likes to see if he can back pedal away from the waves rolling in. This is very hard to do with numb feet that don't move well.
Just look at how giddy he is running back from the waves.
He had this grin on the entire time we were there. Such a cutie!
There were lots of jelly fish chunks on the beach.
We love the beach!
