enter fall title here

I'm going to join the crowd and blog about fall...
but mine will be from an oregonian's point of view.
(isn't oregonian the most unattractive name ever? Makes me think of ogres.)

I love love love fall here for the following reasons.
1) Look at this tree. Nuff said.
2) Fall is actually a season here,
not just a few weeks before the snow takes over for 7 months.
3) The pink/red colors. I'm obsessed.
4) Really, does this color exist in Utah? Maybe, but not everywhere LINING streets.
5)I almost crash multiple times while driving to work because I can't get enough of these trees!
(I'm kidding mom)
6)This picture is for REAL.
We call the trees up here candy trees in the fall, do those colors not remind you of the brightest candy?
ok, I really stole this picture from google images, but it is NOT exaggerating the colors up here at ALL.
P-to-the-RIZ-om!*
7) Two years ago we took our engagement pictures in the "fall colors."
They are kinda dull.
I've been trying to convince Chris to retake them here with the amazing reds and pinks, but he thinks it's silly.
Guess we'll just have to have a kid to have an excuse to take family pictures up here next fall ;)

*on a scale of 1-10:
A promise= 2-3
A "p-rom"= 6-7
A "p-riz-om"= 8-9
A "p-to-the-riz-om"= 12.
(don't ask how we came up with this).

Those colors are spectacular! Utah does not even come close. And please keep your eyes on the road at all times (and your hands at 10 and 2 or is it 9 and 3?)

Haha. Love that scale ;) WOW! Those trees are gorgeous!! I feel like Oregon just exaggerates every season (color-wise)... in a good way. Makes me want to visit/move(?) there :)
