Here's a little year in review with either a "never-before-seen" pic or my favorite pic from each month.
*Sorry the first 5 months are all of me, we have no pictures of Chris until June*
January-
We found out we were having a girl!
February-
Chris studied hard core for boards.
My belly finally started to show.
March-
Two of my favorite people came to visit me in Oregon.
Chris took Boards part 1.
My belly continued to grow.
My belly continued to grow.
April-
I flew to Utah for spring break and Chris ended up joining me.
Saw Wicked for the first time with optometry friends in Portland.
May-
Had my first baby shower with Oregon friends.
Made the move from Oregon to Utah.
Chris went to Florida and then started his 1st rotation at the Salt Lake VA.
Had more baby showers with our families.
June-
Went to Chris' 10 year high school reunion.
The best moment of the year--Londyn was born.
I graduated with a bachelors degree.
July-
Went by in a blur as we adjusted to life with a baby.
August-
We went to Bear Lake with my family for a weekend.
Chris blessed Londyn.
We made the move to Beverly Hills and Chris started his 2nd rotation.
Our "adventures" in Cali started with a night spent at the classiest hotel.
September-
We realized this rotation was not going to be anything like we imagined.
Discovered bed bug bites on my feet and ankles.
Had 2 earthquakes in one week.
Survived by checking out fun places every weekend.
Met up with my best friend Candice for lunch.
October-
My parents and sister came to visit us and we went to Disneyland.
I went to San Diego to stay with my aunt and cousin for a week and Chris joined us on the weekend.
Bob and Minnie came to visit us for a quick weekend trip.
November-
We finally moved back to Utah and breathed a BIG sigh of relief.
Chris started his 3rd rotation at Hoopes.
Had a hot chocolate party with my high school friends.
Had our first Thanksgiving dinner in Utah since 2009.
December-
Chris took part 2 of Boards.
Had tons and tons of parties with our families and friends.
Celebrated 4 years of marriage.
What a year!
It's been really hard but one of the best.
Here's to hoping 2013 is a little calmer, with fewer moves (we know of at least 2), more stability (a job or residency please!) and settling down somewhere for at least a year.
